Projects

Local Food Distribution

Our charity foundation provides a local food distribution program to help those in need. We work closely with YWMA Tuen Mun to collect surplus food from our partners and redistribute it to those in need. The main types of goods distributed include Indonesian sweet potatoes, daily necessities purchased through donations, noodles, rice, cooking oil and other daily necessities.

Community Produce Support

Extrans Foundation's Community Produce Support Program works with farmers in rural Vietnam to create sustainable, environmentally friendly agricultural operations. Co-operating with Vietnam National University, we support the changing of agricultural produce from rice to high demand vegetables to provide a higher income for the local farmers. Our program also provides technical and educational support to help farmers develop their operations and increase their productivity.

Solar Powered Street Lamps

The Extrans Foundation is proud to be co-operating with Vietnam National University in our Solar Powered Street Lamp Donation Project. The project provides funding for the purchase and installation of solar powered street lights for the rural area of Ban Tang Village, improving the lives of the villagers by providing a safer and more secure environment.
